Pre and End of Tenancy Clean

Are you moving home? We understand how stressful this process may be for you.

GMG Property Services is here to assist and simplify the process of moving out of your rented property. With years in the rental industry, we know the Letting Agents requirements when it comes to End of Tenancy Cleaning. We take extra measures to ensure that you receive your deposit back in full.

As part of this clean, we will do the following: a full deep clean of the kitchen including inside of oven and extractor fan (removal of burnt on food/grease), fridge and microwave and inside of kitchen cupboards. A full deep clean in the bathroom to include removal of lime scale and mould (if and where possible), cleaning of windows and skirting boards - ensuring the property sparkles from all angles! Laminated or tiled floors are cleaned with a steam cleaner - a lot more hygienic than a mop!

NOTE: In order for a Pre/End of Tenancy Clean to take place, the rented property has to be emptied of personal belongings and all tenants have to vacate it. Should it not be possible to move any items just yet, simply pack your items and stack everything in one place. In case you are moving out but other tenants will be staying, we can offer you a one-off cleaning service.

Our cleaners will clean behind sofas, cabinets and any other furniture, deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom/s and cleaning of windows and doors.
Laminated or tiled floors are cleaned with a steam cleaner - a lot more hygienic than a mop!

We will ensure that your needs are thoroughly met before we leave, in order to do this, we will produce a cleaning package to suit your personal requirements and ensure that your property is left in an immaculate condition - a place to be proud of!

Domestic Clean

This service has proven to be exceptionally popular with our clients. We are fully insured so you can be confident you, your home and your family are in safe hands.

We only use professional and efficient cleaners to carry out all professional cleaning jobs, therefore you have nothing to worry. Our regular domestic cleaning is generally carried out on a daily or weekly basis however you can request that a domestic clan is arranged at a frequency to suit you and your personal availability.

Our cleaners are trained to use only room allocated cloths where this means one cloth will be specifically used in the bathroom and one in the kitchen, therefore you can be sure that we will not be using the same cloth in both the kitchen and the bathroom.

Once a cleaner is assigned to your property, you will have the same experienced cleaner for the duration of your contract - as we feel that the same cleaner will already be aware of your accustomed requirements and will be aware of what is required to be done in your property.

After Builders Clean

Whether you have recently undergone a new extension or refurbishment of the kitchen or bathroom, GMG Property Services have experienced cleaners that can meet your personal requirements, leaving your property to sparkle (and actually you will feel as though the builders did not carry out any building work!).

This service will entail hoovering floors, steam cleaning of wooden/tiled flooring, wiping down sockets and light switches and cleaning of skirting boards.

Our cleaners are fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and materials required to ensure your property is back to its pristine condition.

Our Services

Inventory Check In & Check-Out

This is an impartial and detailed report with photographic evidence used by Letting Agents, Private Landlords and Tenants to record the general condition and contents of a property before a tenancy commences. Alongside this, a schedule of condition report will be carried out to confirm the general condition of the property. All areas of the property will be inspected including walls, ceilings, flooring (wooden/carpeted), windows, doors, light fittings, skirting boards, kitchen units, sinks, taps, smoke detectors, heating appliances, white goods etc. The report also includes Gas and Electric meter readings. All our reports are conducted using the very latest technology and delivered to you within 24 to 48 hours.

The Check-In simply means the clerk will release the keys to the tenant during the Check-In process.

Once the tenancy has come to an end, we would return back to the property and conduct a Check-Out where similar to the Check-In we will be noting the condition of the property and its furnishings once the tenants have moved out.

This report will be used to cross-reference any discrepencies caused during the tenancy. It will also outline the cleanliness of the property and the condition of the furnishings (if it is a furnished property). The report will also include new photographs and final meter readings.
